Use of Scholarship

The minimum number of credit hours is 12 credits per semester during the fall and spring semesters (that’s the same standard we hold all of our scholarships to except for those geared directly toward part-time students).  The Tiger Stripes Work Ethic Scholarship will cover up to 18 hours per semester depending on the amount of earnings throughout the years of the program.  The Tiger Stripes Work Ethic Scholarship student will be required to enroll in a 1 hour Cowley College leadership/mentor class where they will identify their strengths in leadership while becoming a peer mentor for the Tiger Stripes Work Ethic Program. Erin Burroughs and Kristi Shaw will collaborate with the High School Counselors on how the peer mentors will be utilized once they are students at Cowley.
